2018-01-012024-05-13https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/655144摘要:本年度將專注在比較不同碳原添加,對於 Pediococcus acidilactici + Lactobacillus buchneri+ Lactobacillus plantarum 對於苜蓿半乾青貯的保護效果的改善程度,黑糖與糖蜜將當為碳原進行比較,添加量以原料草濕重的3%為準則。苜蓿草將分成 3 組,每組 3 重複,每重複 5 公斤牧草原料,封裝於真空包裝袋並依據第 1 年實驗模式製造空氣滲入的狀態,第 1 組只添加 Pediococcus acidilactici +Lactobacillus buchneri+Lactobacillus plantarum ,第 2 組額外再添加黑糖,第 3 組則額外再添加 糖蜜。原料以及起始點採樣,再加上之後定期追蹤採樣分析黴菌毒素 ( aflatoxin, fumonisin, zearalenone, deoxynivalenol, T-2 toxins, ochratoxin A)含量,黴菌滋生數量以及揮發性脂肪酸與氨濃度變化。<br> Abstract: This study will focus on comparison of different sugar source supplementation in addition to Pediococcus acidilactici +Lactobacillus buchneri+Lactobacillus plantarum treatment on alfalfa haylage. Black sugar and molasses will be used as sugar sources. Alfalfa haylage will be divided into three groups. First group will Pediococcus acidilactici +Lactobacillus buchneri+Lactobacillus plantarum treatment. Second group and third group will provide additional 3% of black sugar or molasses.
