2011-08-012024-05-17https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/678802摘要:食療養生已經蔚為風潮,蔬菜嫩葉或小苗為其中的主力商品,目前超商的售價均頗高,但仍是供不應求。本研究擬針對花椰菜苗、青花菜苗與芝麻菜等三種十字花科作物的苗菜與嫩葉,探討最適栽培條件並建立量產模式,並比較嫩葉與苗菜栽培與半結球萵苣與葉萵苣栽培在獲利程度與回收年限上的差異。(方) 臺大山地實驗農場已選育出「梅雪」、「梅月」、「楓星」、「楓漫」等一葉蘭新品種,受各界喜愛,訂單眾多,惟產能不足,亟需大量快速增殖。本計畫利用已獲頒品種權之臺灣一葉蘭,在不同光強度與二氧化碳濃度環境下進行無糖組織培養試驗,並於出瓶後以不同光質與光強度處理,探討各環境因子對一葉蘭出瓶後生長之影響,期能建立一葉蘭大量繁殖技術,以改善外銷貨源不足問題。(葉) 在臺灣低海拔地區,草莓栽培模式限定在中秋至春末。此外,在台灣相對溫暖潮濕的栽培環境下栽培草莓,常致使較嚴重的病蟲害發生,導致化學藥劑使用量過高及果實之農藥殘留之疑慮。因此,若能利用高效節能植物工廠可對環境條件作精密調控,及對病蟲進行有效隔離,開發不須使用農藥而能週年穩定生產草莓的栽培模式。本計劃之三階段性目標為:走蔓苗之生產系統建置、草莓栽培模式建置、及週年生產草莓進行先期準備及評估。而本年度將著眼於植物工廠草莓走蔓苗之生產體系之建置,包含莖頂組織培養、原種栽培及走蔓苗生產最佳化條件之開發。植株生長參數、開花、及其果實產量及品質等也會同步比較。(楊) 台灣金線連植株栽培於溫室時易感染莖腐病及基腐病等,造成育成率下降。本計畫將利用人工光型植物工廠栽培金線連,其栽培環境與外界隔絕,能有效隔離病原,降低植物感病之機率。而利用最適當的環控參數,可加速植株之生長,縮短生產週期。植物工廠之產品無農藥使用,所量產之金線連除可加工外,亦可直接提供鮮食之用。另外也將進行不同光質對金線連生長影響之試驗,以尋求最適之栽培光質。(張) 薏苡為禾本科一年生草本植物,為台灣重要雜糧作物,但其產量極易受氣候、土壤等環境因素的影響,植物工廠的運作模式正可降低環境因素對薏苡產量造成的影響。在傳統醫學中,薏苡之種仁是藥實兼用之品,而薏苡葉、根與籽實之殼及種皮則供藥用;本研究目的將利用養液栽培生產薏苡嫩葉,分析薏苡嫩葉之機能性成分,並開發保健素材。(江) <br> Abstract: Baby leaves and seedlings of certain vegetable crops are considered beneficial to human health and sold in supermarket at high price with high demands. The purposes of this study are twofolds. First, focusing on seedlings and baby leaf production of 3 leafy vegetables and investigates on optimal environmental conditions for mass production. Second, to compare the cost effectiveness and pay back period of baby leaves and lettuce grown in totally controlled plant factory using only artificial light. (方) Highland Experimental Farm of National Taiwan University has extensive studied on the breeding of Pleione (Pleione formosana Hayata). Recently, four new cultivars ‘Mei Snow’, ‘Mei Moon’, ‘Feng Star’ and ‘Feng Romance’ have been granted with plant breeders’ right. Although the popularity for Pleione is increasing, current production capacity is insufficient to meet the market demand. Therefore, the aims of this project are to determine the in vitro multiplication methodology in sugar-free medium of new Pleione cultivars under various light intensities and CO2 concentrations. During ex vitro acclimatization, effects of light source and intensity were also to be determined. (葉) The production of strawberry is restricted in mid-autumn to late spring in low land of Taiwan. Moreover, the relative warm and humid growing environment makes strawberry much vulnerable to pathogen, and which results in over application of chemicals and food safety issue. Therefore, strawberry is a priority crop to fit into high-efficiency and energy-saving plant factory. The ultimate goal of this project is to build a model procedure for strawberry year round production, including the establishment of runner production system, strawberry culture system and the evaluation of the year round production system in the high-efficiency and energy-saving plant factory. The objective of this year will be focus on building the runner production system. The growth form tissue culture plantlets to runner producing plants and runner formation rate of the plants in the plant factory will be evaluated. The physiological index, yield and fruit quality will also be compared at the same time between the developing system and conventional culture system. (楊) Mass production of A. formosanus is done by aseptic seeding and tissue culture. After deflasking, however, the plants easily infected by stem rot and basal rot diseases. To solve this problem, producing plants in a plant factory has been regarded as the best choice. Furthermore, the plants produced are insecticide- and pesticide-free that are safe to consume. This project is aimed to cultivate A. formosanus under artificial light in plant factory, which provides the optimal environment to prevent disease and to reduce production time. The effect of light quality on A. formosanus growth of will also be investigated. (張) Adlay, which is an annual herb grass,is an important crops in Taiwan. Its yield is very affected by climate, soil and other environmental factors. The operation mode of plant factory can reduce the effect of environmental factors on adlay cultivation. In traditional medicine, adlay kernel is used as drug and food ,and adlay leaves, roots, the shell and testa of adlay seed are for medicinal use. The purpose of this study is to produce adlay leaves by soil-less culture, analize the content of functional components, and develop health ingredients.
