李公哲2006-07-262018-06-282006-07-262018-06-282004-07-31http://ntur.lib.ntu.edu.tw//handle/246246/22135氟化鈣污泥/垃圾焚化底渣最適配 比為4:6,其鹽基度值接近1,可得最 低熔流溫度1079℃。當添加10%碳酸 鈉作為添加劑可使熔流溫度降低 51℃;此外添加1%碳酸鉀則可較低 20℃,但添加超過1%時降溫效果逐漸 降低。透過不同之操作溫度(1100∼ 1300℃)與操作時間(10∼50min)可 有效提升熔渣細骨材之物裡性質。經由 MIP、DSC、NMR、XRD、SEM 分析 均證實熔渣具有卜作嵐活性(90∼98 %)。透過合成污泥之熔流溫度比較分 析,可證實實廠污泥中之次要成分(如 B、Mg、K)可有效降低熔流溫度約 245℃。Based on the experimental results, when calcium Fluoride sludge mixed with MSWI bottom ash under the ratio 4:6, it showed the lowest pouring temperature 1079 accompanied by the ℃ basicity value closed to 1. Besides, the pouring temperature decreased 51 w ℃ ith 10% of Na2CO3 added into the mixed sludge. The temperature decreased 20 ℃ with 1% K2CO3 addition, but more than 1% was added into the mixed sludge would effect caused adverse. Under different operating temperatures (1100~1300 ) and times(10~50min), it ℃ showed that both parameters could enhance the physical properties of slags. Moreover, all the slags demonstrated pozzolanic activity (90~98% of SAI) by the analysis of MIP, DSC, NMR, XRD, SEM.
