2010-08-012024-05-13https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/644287摘要：本研究將建立「臨床倫理諮詢之教材、訓練模式與評估方法」，建置教材並實地執行倫理諮詢員之教育訓練，以改進教材，並同時發展評估方法。「臨床倫理委員會」乃醫療機構中職司與臨床倫理相關事務的委員會，其設置有助於醫療照護品質的提升、臨床倫理難題的處理、病患權益的維護、法規遵循及醫院評鑑。本研究目的是為提供委員會成員進行「臨床倫理諮詢（clinical ethics consultation）」所需的基本訓練教材。鑑於國內許多醫療院所之「臨床倫理委員會」仍處於萌芽階段，倫理諮詢教材也付之闕如，而近年來各種臨床倫理問題漸受到國人重視，並成為醫院評鑑重點。因此，我國急需要建立一系統化之臨床倫理諮詢教材。本計畫第一階段在建立教材、第二階段將實施訓練，將教材內容透過實際案例研討等方式，應用於倫理諮詢人員之訓練。最後要建立一套評估方法，評估參與臨床倫理諮詢人員與工作之成效，提升整體委員會的素質，增進醫療品質。此外，國內葉克膜應用及兒科倫理的議題也越來越重要，相信未來會是委員會常常面臨的倫理難題，鑑於國內對這兩項子議題的研究仍處於起步階段，因此也透過本計劃之研究，納入訓練教材發展內容。<br> Abstract: This project aims to establish the teaching materials, training model, and evaluation methods of clinical ethics consultation. Ethical consultation is one of the 3 fundamental functions of clinical ethics committee (CEC). Although CEC has started to grow in Taiwan since about 5 years ago, the progress of clinical ethics consultation is yet underdeveloped. Designing a comprehensive training materials and practice model will be important and useful for CEC’s further development. This project will firstly establish a set of teaching materials for ethics consultation, and then use it to train the consultation members of the clinical ethics committee of NTUH. We will also develop evaluation methods for both the process and outcome of ethics consultation. This project will also examine the ethical issues arising from the use of ECMO and the process of providing health care for pediatric patients (pediatric ethics) since both are important clinical ethics domains in hospital practice.
