2014-01-012024-05-17https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/684446摘要:本計畫將利用體外發酵法,評估以替代性芻料配製高精料飼糧下,添加緩衝劑之效果。首先分析各替代性芻料與精料組合之基礎緩衝能力,再加入單一緩衝劑評估發酵性狀與產物變化,最後以複合型緩衝劑進行添加,評估具較佳適口性與緩衝能力之組合。評估過程將以發酵液pH值、揮發性脂肪酸產量及細菌蛋白質合成為指標。由計算緩衝值指數進行比對,配合飼糧成分消化率測試,提供替代性芻料於高產泌乳動物應用時添加緩衝劑之參考。<br> Abstract: This study attempt to evaluate the buffer agent addition benefit of high concentrate diet formulated with alternative forage through in vitro fermentation method. The basal buffer capacity of different combination of alternative forage and concentrate will be tested. After the single buffer agent addition, the treatment effect will be measured through fermentation performance and products assay. The mixture type of buffer agent will be tested in the final step to select the better mixture agent with high palatability and buffer capacity. The fermentation liquid pH, VFA and microbial protein synthesis efficiency will be including in evaluation parameters.
