2018-05-012024-05-14https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/659474摘要：我國將於2020年進行人口及住宅普查，為協助規劃、執行普查相關工作，本計畫的研究目的在於蒐集世界主要國家人口及住宅普查問項與測度方式重要發展趨勢，建構適合我國國情與政策所需之相關問項內容設計，提供辦理人口及住宅普查試驗調查問項設計參考。本計畫預計利用八個月的研究期間，廣泛蒐集美、德、法、加拿大、澳洲、以色列、日、韓等國下一輪人口及住宅普查規劃資料。首先盤點各國普查問卷與重要問題擬定方式，預計研究的題項包含常住人口之家戶/家庭組成、性別、婚姻狀況、失能照護等重要問題。藉由專家諮詢、焦點團體、受訪者認知訪談等方法，先行調整、擬定合適的普查問項與測度方式。再透過國勢普查處下半年執行之小規模試驗調查的訪問結果，評估研究題項的效度。最後提出合於臺灣國情與社會現況的普查題項與測度方式的具體建議。<br> Abstract: Taiwan will carry out the next Population and Housing Census in 2020. To assist in the planning and implementation of census-related tasks, this project aims to collect new development of knowledge and information on various aspects of census taking and to modify census questionnaire for conducting pilot survey this year and later census. The new development on planning and methodology of next round census from the United States, Germany, France, Canada, Australia, Israel, Japan, and South Korea are collected exclusively. Integrating a gender perspective, we first modify questions on the composition of family members, each member’s marital status, his/her relationship with household head, and current health condition of each member. Next, consulting, focus groups, and face-to-face interviews are used to test and evaluate the validity of questions and measurement. These modified questions will be added into testing questionnaire for conducting a small-scale pilot survey. Based on the quality assessment of survey results, recommendations on questions and measurement for the 2020 Population and Housing Census that are in line with the policy needs and social context in Taiwan are provided.人口及住宅普查普查問項設計試驗調查population and household censusquestionnaire designpilot survey
