2007-05-292024-05-14https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/659986摘要：隨著經濟的成長與社會型態的改變，休閒遊憩活動成為滿足人們精神生活享受中重要的一環。結合產業、文化、休閒與生活的休閒農業區的觀光產業成為活絡地方經濟的主要動力。因此，本研究目的在探討建構具有國際觀光水準的休閒農業區的發展關鍵因素及條件。故本研究將透過參與或地方評價及問卷調查，找出發展具有國際觀光水準休閒農業區的優、劣勢及機會與威脅因子，透過矩陣分析(TOWS矩陣)及層級分析法找出關鍵成功因素及應用專家的模糊&#24499;菲法確立發展策略因子，來建立休閒農業區之國際觀光競爭力模式，以供休閒農業區發展之參考。<br> Abstract: With the sustained economic growth and changing patterns of the society, tourism has become a vital part to satisfy the people spiritual needs. Therefore, developing localized tourism of recreation farm areas is an important method to improve local economy and industries. The purpose of this study is to establishing critical success factors of recreation farm areas with international tourism appeal. The study is to find out strength, weakness, opportunity, and threat elements of recreation farm areas with international tourism appeal by conducting participatory local appraisal and questionnaire survey. Subsequently, using TOWS method and AHP to discovering the critical success factors of construction international tourism standard leisure agricultural region strategies. Finally, we are applying Fuzzy Delphi to developing sustainable strategies.
