2005-05-012024-05-17https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/683881摘要：本計畫為臺灣臺中地方法院日治時期檔案解說計畫之第一階段。由於台中地方法院日治時期檔案數量繁多，配合政府機關會計年度、預算編列等因素，本計畫分二階段執行：第一階段（九四年度）先執行刑事類（刑事判決及其事件簿）檔案解說；第二階段（九五年度）再執行民事類（民事判決及其事件簿、公證書和證書原簿等）檔案解說，兩者總和為完整之「臺灣臺中地方法院日治時期檔案解說計畫」。本計畫所涵蓋的檔案範圍包括刑事判決原本三百二十九冊及刑事事件簿等輔助文書一百二十五冊，合計四百五十四冊。計畫進行方式擬從司法制度史、法律專業、法社會史與臺灣史的角度，設定解說主題，而後從檔案中挑選個別案件進行解說。預計挑選出一百到一百二十件判決進行檔案解說。計畫所得成果將供司法院籌設司法博物館之用。<br> Abstract: The project is the first stage of “ The Project of Explanation of Taichung District Court Archives during the Period of Japanese Rule. ” It deals with the Criminal part of the court decisions ( while the second stage of the project deals with the Civil part). That is, according to statistics, a total number of 454 volumes( among them 125 volumes are auxiliary documents). To implement the project, we first set up several topics, from various view points, such as history of judicial systems, legal profession, social history. Then, we will examine the decisions mentioned case by case to select proper examples for each topic, and disclose the contents and significance of them.
