護理學系SU, TSANN-JUUTSANN-JUUSUCHEN, YUEH-CHIHYUEH-CHIHCHENYANG, YU-SHIHYU-SHIHYANG蘇燦煮陳月枝楊友仕2009-09-132018-07-072009-09-132018-07-072001http://ntur.lib.ntu.edu.tw//handle/246246/166069本研究目的為探討不孕婦女在接受體外受精及胚胎植入術的治療期間，身體不適症狀 之種類、發生率、持續的時間與嚴重度。採回溯性調查法，於北部某一醫學中心進行 。研究對象為完成一個完整的體外受精及胚胎植入術之婦女，共收集個案48人。研究 工具包括個案基本資料表、身體症狀自評表與治療歷程面談指引；於研究個案胚胎植 入後滿二週，返院接受抽血驗孕時進行資料收集。經個案的同意後，請個案填寫自填 問卷，約需10 分鐘，接著以面對面會談，此約需10分鐘，並於會談後以文字紀錄， 此外，亦輔以病歷查核。量性資料以SPSS 8.0 for windows做描述性分析，半結構問 卷內容與會談內容，以內容分析法分析，用以解釋結構式問卷之資料。研究結果：本 研究個案共48位，89.6%（43/48）主觀感受有身體不適之症狀；症狀之種類與發生率 為：腹脹70.8%、乳房腫脹64.6%、腹痛47.9%、噁心33.3%、頭暈22.9%、腹瀉22.9%、 腹水16.7%、陰道出血16.7%、嘔吐10.4%、其他10.4%。身體不適之症狀的數目，平均 為3.17±2.10，而本研究又將身體不適之症狀，區分為無腹水、及有腹水二大類，分 別佔總個案數之72.9%（35/48）及16.7%（8/48），此二類型之個案，其平均症狀數 ，分別為3.14±1.70及5.25±1.83個，具顯著性差異（p<0.05）。本研究結果可作為 臨床護理人員照護不孕婦女的參考。同時本研究建議對即將接受體外受精及胚胎植入 術的患者，提供書面的指導手冊與說明，並於治療中，每週至少二次定期給予追蹤與 監測。 The purposes of this study were to explore the types, prevalence , and duration of somatic symptoms during in vitro fertilization technology treatment using a retrospective survey in a medical center in northern Taiwan. With purposive sampling, 48 women who had completed one in vitro fertilization (IVF) cycle were recruited. The instruments were structured and semi-structured questionnaires were used . The results showed the types and the prevalence of the symptoms were: abdominal distension 70.8%, breast engorgement 64.6%, abdominal pain 47.9%, nausea 33.3%, faintness 22.9%, diarrhea 22.9%, ascites 16.7%, vaginal bleeding 16.7%, vomiting 10. 4%, and others 10.4%.
