2008-02-012024-05-17https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/692187摘要：資通訊科技的快速進展，不僅在總體的社會層面產生革命性的變革，將人類文明帶入資訊社會的新紀元，也在微觀的個人生活層面產生重大的衝擊。如何應用資通訊科技之優勢，以降低少子化及高齡化社會變遷趨勢所帶來的衝擊、減輕全球環境變遷與能源短缺之壓力，已成為全球智慧生活科技研發與應用之重點。有鑑於世界各發達地區通訊網路的高密度與高效能佈建，「家」已成為資訊社會最關鍵的生活結點，促成各類型家用科技(domestic technologies) 的快速發展，本計畫擬成立「智慧家庭科技創新與整合中心」（Center of Innovation and Synergy for Intelligent Home Technology，簡稱INSIGHT Center），以「智慧家庭」為主題，整合人文與科技，以勾勒未來理想智慧家庭的面貌，為台灣未來資通訊科技及民生基礎產業提供新契機。INSIGHT Center 的智慧家庭將由三個不同的願景所組成：「智慧呵護屋」可根據日常生活的各種情境及狀況與居住者進行自然而適切的互動，「智慧健康屋」欲提供健康照護與健康監測，給居住者一個安心、體貼的照護環境，「智慧永續屋」則營造一個安全、綠色、節能的舒適生活環境。 INSIGHT Center 將以「整合」與「創新」作為基本精神，進行以下任務: 1. 結合整合型、國家型計畫執行成果，促進產官學研協同合作，以達到橫向與縱向整合；2. 結合跨領域之研發能量，以跨領域創新、開放創新及使用者創新，建立「以人為本，科文共裕」之智慧生活科技的創新模式。為落實前述之任務，INSIGHT Center 將建置開放實驗室(OpenLab)及「互動式網路平台」等基礎設施，作為整合創新之平台。OpenLab 是一實際住家尺度的實體空間，藉由其建築空間與資通科技的軟硬體設施服務，一方面進行新產品及服務的原型測試，同時收集使用者回饋，以完成產品及服務的使用性(usability)研究，並進行使用者創新。另外OpenLab 也將扮演中繼站，將具有商業化潛力之產品或服務導入具實質應用情境的 LivingLab，進行小規模市場/使用者測試，使實際情境的使用經驗能夠納入研發過程，以設計出符合使用者需求的產品及服務。除了實體展示/實驗， INSIGHT Center 將利用台灣大學計算機及資訊網路中心之研發能量與經營批踢踢實業坊 (PTT) 網站之成功經驗，以國科會「前瞻工程科技之未來性產品概念設計專案計畫」開發之概念設計部落格為基礎，建置「互動式網 路平台」。此平台由二個重要元素組成：Ideastorming 創意市集主要任務在蒐集與萃取創意，進行開放式創新，VirtualLab 主要任務展示概念設計與進 行產品或情境體驗，並收集使用者回饋，進行使用者創新。為達成整合之使命，INSIGHT Center 擬邀請產、官、學、研、社團以及國外單位等不同層次的單位，藉由「家」應用情境展演，輔以人文、設計與管理的探討與分析，開啟跨領域的協同合作研究與成果展示，以加速研發成果的應用實現。主要的整合方式包括：(a) 以OpenLab、VirtualLab、及LivingLab 為平台，整合與展示加盟團隊之研發成果，並邀請廠商參與運作；(b) 建立產學研聯盟；(c) 利用互動式網路平台、成果發表會或研討會促進產學研互動；(d) 推動智慧生活科技產學研合作計畫案。為有效累積INSIGHT Center 之整合資源，培育跨領域專業人才，並營造社群分享環境，INSIGHT Center 將以前瞻性智慧生活科技研發與高價值人力培養並重之型式，透過實體與網路並行之跨領域教育平台機制，累積建構智慧生活科技專業知識，並經適當轉化成可於大專校院、產業訓練、以及一般大眾使用之自學教材。INSIGHT Center 也將辦理智慧生活科技創意競賽，一方面可擷取外部創意，同時也可提昇一般社會大眾對智慧生程科技之認識與興趣。藉由上述作法，本計畫冀期達成以下短、中、長期目標：短期目標－整合產官學研資源，建立智慧家庭科技的「整合中心」中期目標－發展創新典範，建立智慧家庭科技的「創新中心」長期目標－建立消費者信心與提供政策誘因，推動台灣成全球智慧家庭科技的「價值中心」。<br> Abstract: This project proposes to establish the Center of Innovation and Synergy for Intelligent Home Technology (INSIGHT Center). It is to enhance the realization of future home from three dimensions, which have been the focuses of research and development for the past decade. The first is to develop an“attentive home＂which is aware of the human intention, sensation and emotion. The second is to assemble a“health home＂that provides the health care and health awareness to accommodate the aging society. And the third is to create a “sustainable home＂that is ecological as well as energy-saving in coping with shortage of energy and the impact of global warming. The operation of INSIGHT Center will rest on two essential core values, synergy and innovation, to help our nation speeding up the development of intelligent home technologies and industries. The missions of the Center are: (a) integrating research capacities from the universities, research institutes, and the industry to enable horizontal and vertical synergy in the innovation value chain, and (b) establishing new paradigms of innovation in the intelligent home industry, such as multi-disciplinary innovation, open innovation, and user innovation. In order to accomplish the aforementioned missions, INSIGHT Center will set up an OpenLab and an interactive website as platforms for integration and innovation. OpenLab is a full-scale experimental site to simulate a typical residential apartment. In the OpenLab, the prototypes of new smart products or services will be tested in terms of its functionality and usability. Furthermore, feedback from the potential users will be collected for original designers to improve the prototypes. This will create a mechanism for users’ participation in the innovation process. If a product/service possesses commercial potential, it will be introduced to a LivingLab for a pilot market/user test as product/service assessment before production. In addition to the real labs, the NTU Computer and Networking Center will help INSIGHT Center to set up a website using Web 2.0 technology. The website will contain two key components: The Ideastorming Creativity Fair aims at collecting and extracting creative ideas from the outside world to take advantage of open innovation. The VirtualLab aims at demonstrating the conceptual design models such that visitors can virtually experience the application scenario of the product/service. Similar to the OpenLab, feedback from the visitors will be collected and sent back to designers for follow-up modification. INSIGHT Center will leverage research resources from the academia, industry, research institutes, foreign institutes, and the government to establish collaboration among these sectors. The following measures will be adopted to enable the integration: (a) establishing a consortium among universities, companies, and research institutes to pool their resources, (b) using the OpenLab, VirtualLab, and LivingLab as platforms to integrate and demonstrate the R&D results of the Consortium partners, (c) using the website, conferences, workshops, and forums to enhance interaction among the partners, (d) launching collaborative research projects among the partners. In order to develop high-quality, multi-disciplinary human resources, INSIGHT Center will collaborate with the NSC Interdisciplinary-Science & Technology Educational Platform to accomplish the following tasks: (a) conducting collaborative teaching among universities, (b) developing new courses or programs for intelligent home technology; (c) developing teaching materials and teaching methods for intelligent home technology, (d) increasing public awareness, and (e) holding creativity contests. With the aforementioned endeavors, this project hopes to achieve the following goals: Short-term goal: integrating resources from universities/industries/research institutes/government to make INSIGHT Center an integration center of intelligent home technology. Mid-term goal: developing innovation paradigms to make INSIGHT Center an innovation center of intelligent home technology.
