2005-01-012024-05-17https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/694709摘要:本計畫探討薄膜體聲波共振器(Thin Film Bulk Acoustic Wave Resonator, FBAR)的工作原理與頻率響應,並將其應用於設計射頻階梯式濾波器(Ladder Filter)以及雙工器(Duplexer).首先利用我們所發展的傳輸矩陣法(Transmission Matrix Method),分析不同參數對FBAR的特性影響;並利用影像參數法,設計階梯式濾波器,求出在滿足設計需求下,如共振頻率與阻抗,串聯埠及並聯埠FBAR的薄膜厚度及金屬的截面積與厚度;更進一步的利用設計完成的接收及發射頻道的階梯式濾波器,架構出一個無須開關裝置的雙工器(Switchless Duplexer).<br> Abstract: The frequency responses of thin film bulk acoustic wave resonators (FBAR) are investigated in this project. The design of RF ladder filters and duplexers using FBARS will also be elucidated. The transmission matrix method developed by us is employed to study the effects of materials’ properties and parameters on scattering characteristics of FBARs. The image parameter method is then applied for the design of ladder filters, which consist of numbers of FBARs in the parallel and series arms.
