Hiern]重瓣品種絲織品(Brocade),單瓣品種愛娃(Avanti)與其他具特殊性狀之原種與單株的花朵型態差異,及大岩桐花型、花色與葉脈顏色之遺傳模式。本計畫第一年擬探討重瓣花瓣起源與半重瓣花不同雄蕊類型之花粉的發芽率,另探討其花粉發芽之最適蔗糖濃度。<br> Abstract: Sinningia, the Gesneriaceae family, is an important indoor potted ornamental plant. The objectives of this three-year proposal are to 1) observe and classify different flower types among single- and double-flowered gloxinia [Sinningia speciosa (Lodd.) Hiern] cultivars, Sinningia species and other hybrid with special traits, 2) to record the segregation ratio and to determine the inheritance of flower type, flower color, and leaf vein color in gloxinia.
