We reported two 7-month-old identical male twins with Pseudomonas aeruginosa sepsis who initially manifested as oral ecthyma gangrenosum and were finally diagnosed to have XLA. In both cases, we confirmed the c.862C > T BTK missense mutation in exon 10 at the SH2 domain. ? 2020Bruton tyrosine kinase; Ecthyma gangrenosum; Identical twins; Pseudomonas aeruginosa sepsis; X-linked agammaglo bulinemia[SDGs]SDG3aciclovir; amikacin; amoxicillin; amoxicillin plus clavulanic acid; Bruton tyrosine kinase; C reactive protein; ceftazidime; clindamycin; fresh frozen plasma; gentamicin; immunoglobulin; oxacillin; BTK protein, human; activated partial thromboplastin time; antibiotic therapy; appetite disorder; Article; case report; child hospitalization; cleft lip; clinical article; coughing; debridement; disseminated intravascular clotting; ecthyma; febrile neutropenia; feces culture; fever; gene mutation; hospital admission; human; hypotension; infant; leukocyte count; leukopenia; lip disease; lymphocyte count; male; monocyte count; monozygotic twins; mouth ulcer; neutropenia; neutrophil count; nonhuman; nose obstruction; physical examination; plastic surgery; protein blood level; prothrombin time; Pseudomonas infection; rectal temperature; rhinorrhea; sepsis; tachycardia; tachypnea; tongue disease; tongue ulcer; ulcer; wheezing; agammaglobulinemia; bacterial skin disease; genetics; immunology; isolation and purification; microbiology; mouth mucosa; pathology; Pseudomonas aeruginosa; Pseudomonas infection; sepsis; twins; X chromosome linked disorder; Agammaglobulinaemia Tyrosine Kinase; Agammaglobulinemia; Genetic Diseases, X-Linked; Humans; Infant; Male; Mouth Mucosa; Pseudomonas aeruginosa; Pseudomonas Infections; Sepsis; Skin Diseases, Bacterial; TwinsPseudomonas aeruginosa sepsis presenting as oral ecthyma gangrenosum in identical twins with Bruton tyrosine kinase gene mutation: Two case reports and review of the literaturejournal article10.1016/j.jmii.2020.04.009323409212-s2.0-85083662344
