2012-04-112024-05-17https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/684911摘要：本計畫的年度目標，包括下列四項：。 （1）瞭解政府現行農民福利之農業施政資源分配情形。 （2）探討農民福利資源與農業結構、資源分配對象之關聯性。 （3）評估農民福利資源措施與其對於農業發展之效益。 （4）建置農民福利施行對象資料庫，提出規劃合理農民福利制度的改革建議。 1.可量化效益： 完成農民福利施行對象與制度之規劃研究報告書1份。 2.其他政策效益或不可量化效益： 研析我國現行農民福利制度規範、官方農業調查統計資料，藉以分析農民福利制度之資源分配情形，全盤瞭解農民福利安全網，比較農民福利資源與生產特性、農家內部結構等農業結構，以及與資源分配對象之關聯性，進而評估農民福利資源措施與其對於農家所得、農業生產量值等農業發展之效益，根據分析成果，作為建置農民福利施行對象資料庫，以及合理農民福利制度之參考。<br> Abstract: The major purposes of this research are to analyze the distribution of farmers’ welfare system and understand the farmers` welfare system by farmers’ welfare system content and the official agricultural statistics. Second, explore the relationship between resources of farmers’ welfare system and agricultural structure which benefits from farmers’ welfare system. Third, assess the farmers` welfare system benefits for agricultural development.
