2008-04-092024-05-15https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/664570摘要:本計畫研究擬建立電解質滲漏率技術及其影響因子,應用於早期選育開花熱延遲鈍感之多花型菊實生苗。並以電解質滲漏率技術,評估市場上流通品種多花型菊花之開花熱延遲。藉由本計畫之研究,將有助於開花熱延遲鈍感菊花之選育,並期望選育開花熱延遲鈍感之菊花品系,經由田間試種與性狀調查,申請命名與品種保護。<br> Abstract: The objectives of this project are (1). to establish an electrolyte leakage technique for rapid, easy and sensitive identification of heat-delay insensitivity genotypes in spray chrysanthemums; (2) determine the relationship between days of flowering heat-delay in commercially grown chrysanthemums and their associated relative injury values, (3) using this technique to have early selection, field trial and apply for plant breeders rights of flowering-heat-delay insensitive chrysanthemums.菊花細胞膜熱穩定開花熱延遲選育Chrysanthemumcell membrane thermostabilityflowering heat delayselection花卉品種及栽培技術改進-開花熱延遲鈍感之多花菊選育
