2007-12-012024-05-15https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/664651摘要:年度分項H計畫的生醫晶片之設計與製作,經過先前幾期製作與各分項計畫之研商,將製作一多功能(multi-function)的檢測晶片,此晶片與其他分項子計畫做整合後可達到皮下植入,並同時監測呼吸與心跳,還有血液中的葡萄糖、膽固醇與CRP(C-reactive protein)蛋白質之含量,並經由無線傳輸技術,將檢測訊號由皮下傳輸至體外。而用以驅動流體之微幫浦方面,在計畫執行當中,與各分項討論過後,將整合 李雨教授實驗室所開發之DEP(Dielectrophoresis)幫浦作為流體驅動與達到血液分離之功用,而圖二與中之設計。整合型檢測晶片實際尺寸在經過各分項討論後,在考慮未來各分項工作整合之相容性,晶片整體架構在初期開發原型時,需限制3公分見方以內之面積大小。<br> Abstract: In Sub-project-H, we will focus on the microfabrication of the bio-chips proposed by the main project. Based on the design and technologies developed by other sub-projects, we will fabricate a multi-function sensing bio-chip. This chip will be implantable, and can detect the basic physical signals such as breath rate and heart-beat rate. Also, this chip can detect glucose and CRP in blood. Wireless communication technologies will be employed.
