2004-01-012024-05-15https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/664377摘要:組織培養為量產植物種苗的重要方法,最常見的栽培容器為使用橡膠製瓶塞的玻璃瓶。有關殘餘栽培介質的清除與培養瓶的清洗,一般均仰賴人工作業,以1.5 -- 2分鐘一瓶的速率進行清洗。較進階者使用造價約兩萬元的半自動裝置,透過馬達帶動清潔桿,由工人將組培瓶套上清潔桿,進行清除動作,再配合下方水槽進行清洗瓶內動作,兩動作反覆進行,約30秒清潔1瓶。考慮每小時休息10分與午休1小時,平均每日約清潔700瓶,以日薪800元估算,每瓶的清潔工資約為1.14元,是生產成本之一大負擔,可透過自動化機具的設計加以改善。本研究旨在研發一次可清洗20瓶的自動清洗機,可節省大量勞力與時間,降低生產成本中的洗瓶成本至十分之一以下。<br> Abstract: Tissue culture is the most important method in mass production of plantlets. The common vessel used is made of glass and normally reused. To be able to reuse the glass vessel, washing and cleaning of the vessel inside out is in need and it is a time consuming and labor intensive job. With the help of a half-automated machine washing one vessel at a time, the cost is about 1.14 NT$ per vessel.
