2010-09-072024-05-14https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/659108摘要:國內使用揹負式割草機的勞工估計有近萬人,由於該型割草機具有價格便宜、操作簡易及施作迅速等優點,故仍為目前從事園藝業及清除雜草使用相當普遍的割(除)草工具。本計畫主要工作內容係:編寫揹負式割草機使用安全技術手冊,可供做講習之教材,宣導操作者正確安全地使用機械,減少因使用該種機具造成的意外傷害;同時針對使用者進行噪音、振動及熱暴露之現場量測調查,暸解目前使用揹負式割草機產生之噪音值、振動量與熱應力指數;最後針對揹負式割草機之安全衛生危害因子提出改善建議方法與適當的預防對策以保護使用者。<br> Abstract: The number of users of brush cutters and grass trimmers is about 10,000 in Taiwan. The advantages of these kinds of machines are cheap price, easy use and fast operation. Therefore, they are widespread hand-held power tools for mowing in the field of horticulture and remove of weeds. The first task in this research is to write a technical manual for the safe use of brush cutters and grass trimmers. This manual can be used as a teaching material. It will instruct the operators how to use these hand-held power tools correctly and safely. It is expected the accident will be reduced when these kinds of machines are used. The second task is to measure the noise, vibration at handle, and environmental thermal exposure of users when they are operating in field. The values of noise dose, sound pressure level, vibration acceleration, and heat stress index will be found out and evaluated.
