2017-01-012024-05-17https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/680592摘要:基於本團隊於過去之「預兆式離岸風機營運維修系統之開發」計畫中,偵測風機運轉時產生的噪音,並透過時頻分析、邊際頻譜與指標計算方式,即可準確得知風機扇葉之損傷狀況,並且扇葉之損傷狀況與數據之指標值具有明顯的對應關係。倘若能夠於風機運轉時,進行即時的損傷偵測,並且能夠對於損壞之風機進行修復,這不僅大幅降低檢修時之人力成本,並可透過數值分析結果得知風機損壞之位置,此類偵測儀器的研發,對於風機產業界將會有相當大之助益。 本計畫將為國家型能源計畫第二期,配合融程電訊於強固型產品的研發技術,建立一可抵禦極端環境變化(高溫、高鹽霧)之感測裝置,最終產品化,並將分為兩年兩階段執行,分為岸上風機及離岸風機之裝設與測試。計畫目標將大致上分為MEMS 麥克風之製造與結構設計、訊號分析與演算處理、極端環境測試與結構設計,主要針對上述三大部分細分為:(1) 市售MEMS 麥克風之性能分析與選用,(2)陣列式麥克風結構設計,(3)訊號擷取與分析軟體之開發,(4)訊號分離與風機損害判斷,(5) 抗極端環境(鹽霧、溫度衝擊)之保護結構設計。<br> Abstract: Based on the experience from the last project we have achieved, we can detect the damage on the turbine or not by analyzing the noise produced from turbines. We can use several methods such as time-frequency analyzing, marginal spectrum method and the index calculating method we developed to find out how damage the turbines are. After analyzing, we have concluded that there’s the correlation between damage level and index value. The problem we have faced nowadays is we don’t have an efficient detection way to monitor the damage status at early stage. If we can repair the turbines at the early damage stage after diagnosing by handy device or even remote method, we can reduce lots of maintenance and operation cost This project will cooperate with Winmate Inc. to develop rugged PC or handy device like to have a well-protect structure for instrument survive under strict environment condition such as temperature cycling, salt, etc. This project is divided into three main parts: (1). MEMS microphones array and structural design, (2). Signal analyzing and processing and (3). Structural design and testing under strict environment which can be achieved by 5 steps (1). Commercial MEMS microphones’ performance selecting and analyzing, (2) Microphone arrays structural design, (3). Signal capture circuit design and software development, (4) Signal separation, processing and damage analyzing and (5) Protective structural design for strict environment.
