2004-01-012024-05-17https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/684327摘要:檬果栽培技術雖逐年進步,但果品品質尚不均勻,安全尚待加強,因此,擬推動整合性產銷工作,改善現有產銷流程,冀能確保檬果果品品質與安全。其作法為聘請專精檬果產銷的專家,制定產銷作業程序,並請專家前往檬果外銷供果園進行輔導,推動全程品質管制,改善現有檬果產銷流程與作業,改善病蟲害防治工作,普及吉園圃標章,確保果品安全,順利推動檬果果品外銷工作。<br> Abstract: The quality and safety of mango fruit need to be improved further despite recent advance in cultivation techniques. Integrated production and marketing system is proposed to improve current practices related to production, postharvest handling and marketing for assuring fruit quality and safety of mango. Experts of mango production, postharvest handling and marketing are invited to set up standard procedures related to each practices and go to individual orchard and packing house to implement total quality management system.
