The motivation behind this work is the desire to perform rapid, simplicity of setup, low cost and pre-process verification of CNC contouring path. This reduces scrap and increase process efficiency. The integrated Dual Laser PSDs System (DLPS) is designed, constructed and evaluated in this paper. Complete setups and procedures for dynamic contouring error and geometric error verifications are also clearly presented.
