2018-01-012024-05-17https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/682240摘要：內政部推動「災害防救深耕計畫」及「災害防救深耕第2期計畫」，新北市於99年至105年配合內政部之補助，於上述兩計畫之各項成果對於區公所防救災能量，在質與量方面皆有所提升，使全國各縣市的災害防救工作都能夠往下深耕至各鄉（鎮、市、區）建立其防救災體系、提升相關人員素質、建置防救災相關基礎資料。 107年起將配合內政部推動「災害防救深耕第3期計畫」，持續精進新北市各項防救災作為。 此計畫目標包括： 1. 持續檢討並更新防災計畫，建立完整防災機制。 2. 運用外部專業技術，推動科技防災。 3. 建立溝通協調平臺，彙整各單位防救災資源。 4. 推動防災教育，提升相關人員素質與能力。 5. 辦理各類災害演練，強化市府與區公所災害應變能力。 6. 強化地區災害韌性及培訓防災士。 <br> Abstract: The Ministry of the Interior (MoI) promotes the “Disaster Prevention Enhancement Plan-Phase I” and “-Phase II”. New Taipei City (NTC) cooperated with MoI to launch the plans from 1999 to 2016. The achievements made in the previous two plans are as follows: disaster-prevention capacity building has both improved in quality and quantity so that disaster relief work in all districts across the NTC. The main fruitful results of the plans include the establishment of the disaster-prevention system, enhancement the quality of relevant personnel, and the establishment of disaster relief related basic information. In 2007, MoI will cooperate with NTC to launch Disaster Prevention Enhancement Plan-Phase III and continue to make every effort to prevent and enhance the disaster-prevention capacity in NTC. The goals of this program include: 1. To review and update disaster prevention plans and enhance the disaster prevention mechanism; 2. To use technology to help reduce impacts of disasters; 3. To establish a communication and coordination platform to integrate disaster relief resources of all units; 4. To promote disaster prevention education and improve the quality and ability of relevant personnel. 5 To launch all types of disaster drills to strengthen the municipal government and district office for improving disaster resilience. 6. To strengthen regional disaster resilience and educating disaster-prevention specialists.
