2013-11-202024-05-15https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/661860摘要:本計畫將利用先前計畫建立的SSR分子標誌水稻品種分析系統,建立進口米樣之DNA分子標誌組態資料,以與國產水稻品種DNA資料庫進行比對,並以主成分分析法探討各品種之間的遺傳歧異度,以及利用DNA分子標誌組態區分國產米與進口米的可行性。並將依據各類型樣品的遺傳歧異度特性,提出區分國產米與進口米的最佳準則,提供相關機構做為行政管理上的檢測方法,以避免不肖業者故意混雜低價進口米的問題,並藉此提高消費者對於國產農產品的信心。<br> Abstract: The goal of this project is to analyze the DNA profiles of imported rice based on an established SSR marker profiling kit for rice, and the genetic diversity among imported and domestic rice using principal coordinate analysis, in order to determine the feasibility of distinguishing imported and domestic rice using SSR profiles. Best practice of such discrimination will be proposed based on genetic diversity.
