2006-01-012024-05-14https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/661023摘要：加入WTO對我國農業之衝擊，除國外農產品進口量增加造成市場競爭外，亦使得進口農產品所可能夾帶國外危險性病蟲害入侵之風險提高。為積極加強檢疫管制以防杜境外危險性疫病蟲害入侵，本計畫以快速檢測鑑定技術針對大陸地區及其他國家進口之植物及其產品進行檢測，掌握外來植物疫病蟲害之發生動態，及早擬定或採取有效之防範或緊急撲滅措施。<br> Abstract: Joining the WTO has impacted Taiwan agriculture. Besides competing with imports, the risk of invasion by foreign pests and plant pathogens has also risen. In order to actively inspect and prevent such invasion, this project employs rapid detection techniques targeted at plants and plant products imported from PRC and other areas.
