2005-01-012024-05-14https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/661381摘要:本研究計劃將蒐集擱淺與漁業致死的鯨豚資料,並以台灣海峽三種各具生態特性的海豚作為研究重點,探討他們的族群遺傳樣性。研究重點分述如下: 1.了解台灣海峽鯨豚物種多樣性:包括種類分佈點擱淺與誤捕頻度。 2.露脊鼠海豚:分析兩個亞種型的族群遺傳多樣性,以及彼此的地理親緣關係,並根據已經發表的研究結果,比較東亞水域三個露脊鼠海豚亞種的分化關係。本年度的研究目標物種是露脊鼠海豚,將建立粒線體DNA片段資料庫建立與族群遺傳多樣性分析,以及微衛星體基因資料庫與多樣性分析。 3.將於第二與第三年分別研究瓶鼻海豚與中華白海豚之族群遺傳多樣性與族群分化。<br> Abstract: The goal of this study is understanding the cetacean genetic diversity of Taiwan Strait. We would like to use the information of mitochondrial DNA (mtDNA) and nuclear DNA to study the genetic diversity of finless porpoise (Neophocana phocaenoides),bottlenose dolphin (Tursiops spp.) and Indo-Pacific humpback dolphin(Sousa chinensis) in Taiwan Strait. In this proposal, we will conduct the mtDNA database including control region and cytochrome b fragments of the finless porpoise in first year. Microsatellite DNA library of finless porpoise will also be built. The population genetic diversity of bottlenose dolphin and Indo-Pacific humpback dolphin in Taiwan strait will be estimated in fututre study.
