2001-08-012024-05-18https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/710770摘要：本研究計畫擬探討我國生物科技產業之現況及未來發展潛力，並且進一步評估現行生物科技產業政策之影響及成效。研究重點包括： (1) 探討美國生物科技產業成功發展之主要因素； (2) 從美國經驗來看我國生物科技產業之現況及未來發展重點； (3) 探討我國生物科技產業政策之內涵； (4) 評估我國生物科技產業政策之成效。 前兩項重點，主要是參考國內外文獻，加以分析整理，而後兩項研究重點則是實證之計量分析。我們擬以民國83年到89年這段期間之高科技產業為主要研究對象，分析並比較生物科技類和電子資訊類科專計畫之研發行為及績效，預計本研究計畫成果將可提供政府相關部門制定生物科技產業政策之參考，並預計有兩篇學術論文發表。 <br> Abstract: The major purpose of the proposal is to examine the current status and the future potential of the biotechnology industry in Taiwan and evaluate the effects of the biotechnology industrial policy. The following four issues are investigated in the study: (1) Referring to the literature, we analyze the major determinants of the success of biotechnology industry in the U.S.A.; (2) Base on the American experience and our industry structure, we examine the current status and the future potential of the Taiwanese biotechnology industry; (3) Evaluate the contents of the biotech industry policy in Taiwan ; (4) Analyze the effects of our biotech industrial policy: We plan to compare the R&D behavior and performance of the science/technology research projects in biotechnology field and IT field during 1994-2000. It is expected that the empirical results in the study can provide the helpful policy implications to the associated government sectors on the biotechnology industrial policies.
