2009-05-052024-05-17https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/684145摘要:水回收再生利用為國內未來水資源發展方向,淨水技術的發展賴以確保水再生利用在使用上的可信賴度。薄膜技術近年來已廣泛運用在淨水程序中,特別是廢污水的回收再利用。市場上因薄膜技術規格種類繁多,根據不同用途之回收水亦有不同之操作效能,在針對國內外薄膜技術之應用上,需以系統式調查分析其各別適用規格標準,以建立標準之操作準則。然而在實際污水處理上,放流水特性不盡相同,當進流水水質範圍超出處理規格標準或不當薄膜操作下,易產生薄膜結垢問題,導致產水效能降低。 故薄膜前處理技術的開發便相對重要,目標以減少易產生薄膜結垢之前驅物質,提升進流水污染物之混凝作用,減緩並控制薄膜操作所產生結垢問題。研究以建置實驗室模型廠進行驗證,評估最適化前處理技術。都市污水廠放流水為具潛力之水再生利用來源,依回收再利用途有不同之水質需求,當應用薄膜處理程序時水質參數的分析便相對重要,針對不同類型薄膜處理程序,有不同等級之操作效能,以水質處理前後水質及產水效率分析,並輔以經濟成本分析評估最適化薄膜選用準則。同時以廢污水中污染物作為去除項目(如懸浮性固體物、溶解性有機物、微生物、新興污染物),評估各別去除效能,以建置薄膜技術處理廢污水回收之最適化操作準則。工業及高科技產業製程回收水處理中,根據不同回收水有不同回收用途標準,特別是高階超純水,此關鍵回收技術在於其流程設計,包含電膠凝、離子交換樹脂、薄膜等程序,其中以逆滲透薄膜最廣為運用在超純水的回收製造,常結合串連不同薄膜前處理程序,以符合超純水回收用水標準,研究就各類型廢污水之回收技術比較評估,以建置一套最適化處理程序技術準則。綜合各類型廢污水以薄膜程序操作處理之各項水質參數分析、薄膜操作與維護分析及經濟成本分析以建置一套薄膜處理回收水技術準則。 <br> Abstract: Water resources are limited and have been increased attention by the world-wide due to the leaking in the water piping system and environmental pollution. With the ever-increasing population and growing economy, the continuous supply of water has become more and more difficult. Therefore, the water recycling or water reuse is the future development in water purification technology to ensure the reliability of water to public use. Currently, membrane technology especially reverse osmosis has been installed widely in water purification technology mainly in recycling of wastewater and ultra-pure water production. However, a crucial drawback of membrane is their susceptibility to fouling due to the organic fouling and biofouling which may reduce the lifetime of membrane and increase the operating cost. According to the literature and membrane specification criteria, membrane pretreatment is the prerequisite to hamper the membrane fouling. In order to set up the membrane operating criteria and respective applicable standards, the investigation of different uses of recycled water, the effectiveness of membrane must be analyzed. In this study, various characteristics in effluents (domestic wastewater, industrial wastewater and potable water) will be studied to reduce the membrane fouling problems to enhance water production qualities. The various pretreatment methods to different membrane systems will be evaluated in lab scale membrane systems in term to assess the optimum pretreatment with different types of membranes and water quality parameters. The results will be premeditated by the capability in removing pollutants (suspended solids, dissolved organic matters, microorganisms, emerging contaminants), analytical economic and operational assessment in criteria of membrane and pretreatment selection.
