2012-02-212024-05-13https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/652253摘要:瓜實蠅 (melon fly,Bactrocera cucurbitae Coquillett) 俗稱瓜仔蜂,能危害多 種植物,其中多屬葫蘆科 (Cucurbitaceae) 及茄科 (Solanaceace) 作物,為瓜果 類重要經濟害蟲。基於瓜實蠅對瓜果類的重大危害且其較東方果實蠅更易產生抗藥 性,及目前尚無人了解對馬拉松之抗藥性機制,因此本計畫擬以採自田間瓜實蠅測 試對現行用藥的感受性,並篩選出對馬拉松抗性之品系,測試對各藥劑的交互抗性 ,並研究瓜實蠅馬拉松抗性品系在生理上之生化及分子抗性機制,做為未來快速及 準確偵測瓜實蠅有機磷抗性是否發生的利器,供農民動態用藥的參考。<br> Abstract: The melon fly (Bactrocera cucurbitae) is an important economic pest that causes damage to various fruit crops, including cucurbitaceae and solanaceace. Due to its damage potential and fast-developing resistance (as compared to the oriental fruit fly, B. dorsalis), the mechanism of orgnophosphate resistance in the melon fly is worth looking in to. The purpose of this grant is to survey the susceptibility for future insecticide recommendations. In this study, we use melon flies collected from the wild, and select one most resistant line to establish our malathion-resistant line. Using this resistance line, we can study cross resistance to other recommended insecticides, as well as possible biochemical mechanisms caused by synergists. Tests for acetylcholinesterase (AChE) activity and insensitivity to organophosphates will also be conducted.
