郭斯傑臺灣大學:土木工程學研究所王進源Wang, Jinn-YeanJinn-YeanWang2007-11-252018-07-092007-11-252018-07-092006http://ntur.lib.ntu.edu.tw//handle/246246/50406潛盾隧道施工最主要存在之風險為地下情況難以有效預知,舉凡從地質條件如地下水、塊石、流木及有害氣體的不確定性,潛盾機掘進時,發進與到達段之地盤改良是否確實,潛盾機掘進之相關操作參數,包括推進力、土艙壓力、推進速度、刃盤扭力、螺運機轉速與排土速率等,常有因人為操作不當導致地盤的沈陷;又如環片結構,背填灌漿是否得當等因素,均將嚴重影響整體工程之成效。上述影響潛盾隧道施工之生產力因子,在顯示預期風險的存在與災損發生之可能,如何事前分折與評估,並擬定因應及處理對策,作為潛盾隧道施工管理的重點關鍵項目。 本文以潛盾施工生產力的量度方法出發,說明如何建立完善之量度機制,並由此找出眾多施工中最需改善加強的環節,以掌握工期、預算以及品質,達到生產力(Productivity)之提高。為求足夠且迅速的數據以作為決策的依據,本文選擇其中效益高,評估執行速度較快的工地效率評估法、面談調查法以及經驗觀察法等,並配合激勵工作成員等,籍由上述各資料之收集調查,人員之訓練與評估機制方法的建立,對各階段生產力之障礙進行改善策略之研討。 本研究收集近十年之台北市衛生下水道與自來水工程總隊共12標潛盾隧道工程案例,各標規模約1至8億元,本研究分析探討有關影響生產力之因子,初步歸納包括地質狀況、使用機械、地下障礙物、進出坑處理、掘進管理、鄰近建物觀測、地層下陷處理等,本研究提供相關之管理改善及因應對策,期能有效提昇工程進度與節省成本,減少風險,順利完成使命。The risk for shield tunneling construction projects are the unknown underground conditions such as the ground water, rocks, woods and the pernicious gases. When the shielded tunnel boring machines tunnel forward, the ground improvement does certainty or not the operation statistics such as driving power, driving speed, chamber pressure, soil discharge rate, the lining and back filled grouting will influence the result mostly. How to analyze and estimate the risk in advance and make the strategy to prevent it for shield tunneling construction projects are the main purpose for this research. In this research, the main purpose is to establish the measuring method to improve the productivity and management on schedule, cost and quality. In order to get enough data, it chooses the site efficiency measurement method, interviewing method and experience observation method. Besides, There is also the methods to help this research to reach the purpose. This research collect 12 shield tunneling cases in Taipei city。 The project cost ranges from 100 million to 800 million N.T. dollars.
