2014-01-012024-05-14https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/661541摘要:本計畫配合農試所嘉義分所古坑農場「健康種苗新植示範區」及雲林古坑及嘉義梅山之「核心防治示範區」,進行定期調查黃龍病媒介昆蟲柑橘木蝨之族群數量、分布及帶毒率、整合性防治、定期檢測柑橘植株黃龍病罹病情形等聯合措施。 於臺大昆蟲系建立實驗室族群,進行若蟲及成蟲行為、生態等相關試驗,研究取食、遷移及產卵偏好性等等生態特性;比較帶毒與否的行為發展差異;初探昆蟲獲毒機制背後的生態與行為學關連,釐清木蝨帶毒成蟲遷飛及其產卵選擇機制,有助於瞭解帶毒與否對於成蟲選擇偏好的影響,也可試圖解釋造成果園病害蔓延的原因並尋求防治解決方法。並藉由行為生態學之研究,找出誘蟲的關鍵因子,開發有效率的成蟲及若蟲族群監測方法,也可供防治上之參考。 藉由植株罹染柑橘黃龍病之檢測及木蝨帶毒率監測,並參考實驗室內行為生態相關試驗結果,進行防治適時適期之擬定,俾有效增進防治效果,減少農藥用量。期能使蟲源密度降至最低,避免該蟲再度猖獗蔓延危及柑橘產業,以利產業永續經營發展。 <br> Abstract: This project with the Agricultural Research Institute Gukeng Chiayi Branch Farms \" health demonstration area of newly planted seedlings \" and Yunlin and Jiayi Mei Mountain Gukeng \"Core Prevention Demonstration Area\" conduct regular surveys Huanglongbing citrus psyllid insect vector, the population size , distribution and infection rate , integrated control, periodic testing citrus Huanglongbing diseased plants and other joint measures scenario . And by behavioral ecology of research to identify the key factors attracting insects to develop an efficient method for monitoring adult and nymph population , but also for the prevention and treatment of reference. Plants infected by citrus Huanglongbing suffer the infection rate of detection and monitoring psyllids and behavioral ecology related reference laboratory test results , to prevent and treat timely and appropriate preparation period , to serve effectively improve the control effect , reduce pesticide use .
