2006-01-012024-05-18https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/712058摘要:防災科技研究計畫之主要目的在於結合政府相關部門,有系統地推動科研工作,整合研發成果轉化成可落實應用於防災業務的技術。80-90年度為計畫之第一期,91-95年度為計畫第二期,工作重點係針對台灣地區威脅性最高的颱風豪雨、地震等災害為對象,分防颱(涵蓋氣象、防洪及坡地等三部分)、防震及防救災體系(內含防救災體制及防救災資訊系統二部分)等研究群,推動防救災相關研發工作。防災國家型科技計畫執行至今,除了運用研發成果協助政府提昇災害防救作業之外,亦凝聚可觀之研發與技術支援能量。第二期計畫將於95年12月結束,在第二期計畫建立之基礎上,規劃防災技術持續提升強化,希望能對整體災害防救工作有所助益。目前已經提出「強化災害防救科技研發與落實運作方案」,持續推動災害防救科技研發工作。本研究目的在於針對「強化災害防救科技研發與落實運作方案」氣象、防洪及大地領域,亦和政府各部會及相關單位協調整合,形成有效工作團體,並推動已經規劃未來三年之研究課題和協調整合三大領域。。<br> Abstract: The proposal is on the disaster mitigation program in the meteorology, flood and geotechnology areas with emphasis on the typhoons and torrential rainfall. The purpose of the proposal is to promote the internal collaboration between different government agencies for the disaster mitigation. It is hoped that the disaster mitigation programs and efforts in different agencies can be effectively integrated. With the present phase of the National Disaster Mitigation coming to the end at 2007, we have been supported by the previous proposal to organized new disaster mitigation research topics. The new topics have now been announced by the National Science Council for the coming phase of 2007-2009 fiscal years. The meteorological, flood, and geotechnology proposal will also collaborate and integrate closely with the proposals of social science and earth quake to form a complete alliance for disaster mitigation.
