2006-10-012024-05-17https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/682852摘要:統計學已在二十一世紀成為各領域如生物、農業、醫學、經濟、管理、行銷、社會、工程、電子、資訊及品管各方面收集及分析資料與制定決策時必備的工具,所以統計相關課程已成為本校各學系與研究所必修的基礎課程。本校94學年度一共開設182門各種統計課程供6413位學生修習。但本校因無獨立之統計系所,所以統計課程散佈於各學院由各系所老師講授,造成資源分散,老師教學負荷不均,教學品質不一且不易提升。本計劃就本校統計教學的特殊環境及上述缺點提出統計課程提升教學品質白皮書,完成本校統計教學的近程、中程及長程規劃,按教學方式、教材、評量、統計教學軟硬體之需求、資源分配方式與統計教學的組織架構,提出具體建議,提升本校統計課程教學品質。 <br> Abstract: Statistics plays an indispensable role in collection, analysis, interpretation of data and decision-making processes in biological, agriculture, medicine, economics, management, marketing, social science, electronics, and quality control in the 21th century. Consequently, statistics and its related courses become fundamental course requirement in almost all departments and graduate schools at the National Taiwan University. In the academic year of 2005, the National Taiwan University offered a total of 182 statistical-related courses for a total of 6413 under-graduate and graduate students. However, because there is no Department of Statistics or Institute of Statistics at the National Taiwan University, statistics courses are offered at different colleges by various faculty members. As a result, resources failed to be utilized efficiently, uneven teaching loadings are distributed among faculty members, and ultimately quality of education can not be adequately controlled or even decreases. One of the primary objectives of this project is to prepare a white paper on improvement of quality of statistics courses and to set up the short-term, mid-term, and log-term goals for the statistical education at the National Taiwan University.
