2014-01-012024-05-15https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/664104摘要:由於日新月異的現代社會牽動著工業的蓬勃發展,來自於不同工業所產生的環境汙染逐漸受到重視,舉凡常見於石化工業所使用的有機溶劑、燃料油排放、加油站油槽漏油,以及概括許多工業如電子、塗料與傢俱業等使用之防火阻燃劑如多溴二苯醚的排放,皆可能會造成農田土壤汙染問題。諸如引工業廢水、受汙染地下水或汙水處理場的再生水灌溉,皆可能導致有機污染物物進入植物體內影響整個食物鏈。近年來台灣各地區皆已發生多起加油站、工廠管線破損漏油與工廠周邊河川與土壤汙染事件。石化相關汙染物,以及近年來的新興汙染物多溴二苯醚,為現今常見的工業汙染物,當這些有機汙染物藉由工廠廢水排放,進入灌溉水源,甚至直接流入作物農田,將嚴重影響農作物的食用安全與人類身體健康。本年度計畫將進行水稻吸收有機汙染物之研究,探討水稻與不同汙染物之間的吸收與分配關係,並建立一套水稻中有機汙染物濃度的分析法,分析試驗作物中污染物吸收及累積狀況,進一步了解不同有機汙染物與作物間之吸收與分配關係,維護農產品之食用安全性,以期維護國人之食用健康。 <br> Abstract: The rapid development of science and technology leads to the increase of possible industrial pollutions which cause the seriously environmental issues. A large amount of highly hazardous substances emitted from various industries possibly pollute environment. Organic solvents, gas leakage, oil spill, and persistent organic pollutants (POPs) such as polybrominated diphenyl ethers (PBDEs) are common and emerging pollutants from petrochemical, electronic, and coating industries, especially in the fuel, e-products, and surface coating. Sometimes the spill of petroleum and organic contaminants come into the rivers and agricultural farms in the different agricultural areas of Taiwan, which seriously affected the crop safety and health of people. Numerous incompletely treated wastewaters could enter agricultural regions by irrigation and will affect the food safety of these agricultural crops. These agricultural products from these polluted farms or unknown groundwater pollutions could pose a serious risk to the health of human. Therefore, this study will develop analytical methods of the organic pollutants in rice, perform the absorption kinetics and equilibrium of organic compounds into rice, and build the simple absorption model of organic pollutants into rice. We will also analyze possible organic contaminants in crops in the field. The physicochemical properties of organic pollutants are complicated so their effect on rice should be necessarily studied.
