2016-06-042024-05-13https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/650308摘要:台灣現行水土保持手冊中之滯洪池及沉砂池相關設計原則與演算方法已制定且執行多年,但仍有讓人不知設計緣由之處或是否合理之理論依據。如合理化公式所計算的洪峰流量是否能作為滯洪池之入、出流量,基期不足一小時使用一小時是否合理,能否用安全係數代替,三角單位歷線法推估過程簡單未配合雨型等等都是常見的問題。 因此,本研究擬針對滯洪池設計的各項因素,設計雨型、降雨延時、歷線基期與滯洪基期等水文條件進行分析與探討,並比較SCS與合理化公式所計算出滯洪體積差異。相關成果將提供未來修正水土保持手冊之參考。 <br> Abstract: In Taiwan, the relative design principles and calculation methods for detention and sedimentation ponds in Handbook of Soil and Water Conservation have been performed for years though some people do not know the background of design or feasibility of theoretical basis. For example, the peak flows calculated from Rational Formula are used as inflow and outflow of detention pond, respectively. One hour is instead of those of less than one-hour duration. The decision of safety factor is. The triangular unit hydrograph is derived without rainfall pattern, etc. Hence, this study tries to analyze and discuss the factors of designed rainfall pattern, rainfall duration, baseline of hydrograph and to compare the detention volume calculated from SCS and Rational Formula.
