陳保中2006-07-252018-06-292006-07-252018-06-292000-07-31http://ntur.lib.ntu.edu.tw//handle/246246/4945國內曾進行大規模不孕症的流行病學研究, 但未曾發表過有關生育力下降流行病學研究。在國 外近10 年來才開始應用於環境職業生殖危害相關 研究。本研究的目的為建立半導體員工職業世代, 以進行生殖相關研究的可行性評估。蒐集國內八家 半導體公司的勞保資料檔,連結內政部出生發生資 料檔及結婚與離婚登記檔,以建立半導體員工職業 世代的員工基本資料檔、員工結婚與離婚資料檔及 員工小孩出生資料檔。此八家半導體公司共有員工 47,374 人,包括男性19,802 人及女性27,592 人, 目前平均年齡男性為33 歲及女性為28 歲,其進廠 平均年齡都在適婚年齡,大致都不會晚婚且多數於 婚後數年內生育小孩,約有6-10%員工結婚且尚未 生育小孩。在各公司員工年齡層、婚姻狀態及目前 生育結果並無明顯差異存在。因此建立國內半導體 職業世代以進行生殖相關研究,以該族群特徵是一 合適的研究對象,但未來實際執行追蹤仍須考量國 內的文化背景與個人隱私問題,以及如何提升研究族群的合作意願。Two nation-wide epidemiological surveys for infertility problems have been conducted but no epidemiological studies for subfecundity have been published in Taiwan. There were several subfecundity studies applied into environmental and occupational settings in American and European countries. The objective of this study was a feasibility assessment of establishing an occupational cohort in semiconductor industry to conduct a fecundability study. We collected the labor insurance data of the eight major semiconductor companies in Taiwan and, then, linked to the marriage and divorcé registration data and the birth registration data from the Ministry of Interior. There were 47,374 workers in total including 19,802 males and 27,572 females. The average ages in male and female were 33 and 28 years old, respectively. When the workers entered the company, most of them were in adequate marriage age and had their own children a few years after marriage. It is worthy of probing into the details about 6-10% of marital workers without their own children yet. There was no significant difference about the distribution of age, marital status, and current fertility rate among the company. This study demonstrated the feasibility of an occupational cohort of fertility and that the established study base can provide useful information on environmental risk to subfertility.
