2012-01-012024-05-13https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/648343摘要:為提升國家競爭力,本計畫以推動整合型計畫進行研究之模式進行,規劃以集中發展五個關鍵領域和三種應用技術為主。2008 年依據2006 年「幹細胞研發重點策略藍圖計畫」而提出發展重點,包含五個關鍵領域:(1)幹細胞的分離,培養與分化技術、(2)幹細胞的表現機制與流程控制、(3)後生性遺傳(epigenetic)調節與體細胞核核轉移的技術研發(4)動物移植模型、生醫奈米、與組織工程相關技術的建置(5)「誘導式多能性幹細胞(iPS cells)」相關之分析研究,及三種應用技術:(1)異體移植模型、(2)藥物研發及(3)細胞治療的試驗。接著在2010 年幹細胞工作小組第二次會議討論出最新的幹細胞研究方向:(1)胚胎幹細胞、(2)多潛能(特定組織)的間葉幹細胞、(3)成體幹細胞、(4)生殖幹細胞、(5)重編程、分化及形態發生、(6)組織工程、(7)活體影像技術(電腦斷層磁振造影、正子斷層掃描追蹤幹細胞)、(8)癌症幹細胞。本計畫將有效整合不同領域幹細胞研究相關的人力與資源,提升研究團隊水準,於2007年起推動了七件整合型幹細胞及再生醫學研究旗艦計畫,依據以上提出的重點,進行具國際競爭力核心領域的研發。七件旗艦計畫於2011 年10 月執行期滿,本計畫辦公室已於2011 年7月邀請國內外相關領域傑出研究學者組成諮詢委員會,評鑑期滿的旗艦計畫研究成果。另外,依訂定之期程徵求新一期前瞻計畫構想書、計畫書,在2011 年七月底完成前瞻計畫決選會議,新計畫於2011 年10 月1 日開始實行。今年計畫辦公室工作重心為定期召開工作小組會議、管考計畫進度及品質,協助可能之國際合作計畫。<br> Abstract: The project aims to promote stem cell research in Taiwan by fully organizing domestic researchexperts and resources. To organize the research resources, we will support five to six research groupsin five key research topics. We propose five research focuses (1)The culture and differentiation ofstem cell, (2) Mechanisms and pathway control of stem cell, (3) Epigenetic regulation and nucleartransfer (4) Animal transplantation, biomedical nanotechnology, and tissue engineering, (5) Inducedpluripotent stem cell (iPS), and three applied technologies: (1) Xenotransplantation, (2) Drugdiscovery and development, (3) Clinical trial on stem cell therapy. We also chose 8 topics asimportant research areas for future research: (1) embryonic stem cells, (2) pluripotent andmesenchymal stem cells in specific tissues, (3) adult stem cells, (4) germ stem cells, (5)reprogramming, differentiation and morphogenesis etc, (6) tissue engineering, (7) in vivo imagingtechniques (MRI, CT applied on tracking stem cells), and (8) cancer stem cells.In order to integrate human resources and research facilities, we have supported seven Stemcell and Regenerative Medicine Flagship research programs from 2007 to September 2011.
