2013-01-012024-05-17https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/682511摘要：本計畫對輸入禽鳥及其產品進行之檢測。輸入禽鳥產品部分，2012年由美國、加拿大等國家進口 134件禽肉、內臟，鴨、鵝之絨或毛，以批次為單位，將每批次採集組織混合成一個檢體，經磨碎製成乳劑後，抽取RNA進行RT-PCR。結果 134件樣本皆為陰性。<br> Abstract: In order to prevent introducing avian influenza virus from other countries, 134 imported poultry meat, visceral organ and feather, nap. Samples were collected from the Keelung Custom and the Kaohsiung Custom to detect the presence of virus in the samples by RT-PCR.
