2015-01-012024-05-17https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/672111摘要：本計畫自94年度起積極結合產學研及政府資源，成立智慧財產培訓學院，規劃智慧財產專業課程、編撰及增修培訓教材、培育種籽師資，並甄選培訓單位依據統一的課程、教材、師資，開辦培訓課程，藉此系統化培訓機制，加強培育我國智慧財產專業人才。 同時，本計畫亦辦理智慧財產案例評析座談會議，作為智慧財產法院、智慧局及實務界在智慧財產案件審理上見解交換的平台 <br> Abstract: From the year of 2005, This project actively combined the industrial, academia, researchful, and governmental resource to establish “Taiwan Intellectual Property Training Academy，TIPA”. The task of TIPA are as follows: formulating professional courses of Intellectual Property（IP）, the compilation and update of instructional materials, the cultivation and training of instructors, and the selection of training unit for holding training courses by uniform courses, instructional materials, and instructors. Through the utilization of a systematic cultivation and training mechanism, TIPA aims to reinforce the training of IP professionals. At the same time, TIPA hold intellectual property case analysis discussion meeting, as the opinion exchange platform between Intellectual Property Court、Intellectual Property Office and practitioners.智慧財產法院判決Intellectual propertycourtjudgement
