2005-03-102024-05-14https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/656228摘要:水土保持局過去幾年持續推動生態工法,整體之理念溝通及發展趨勢已臻成熟,生態工法已成為未來進行野溪整治工程所必要考量之方向,不過由於生態工法在國內推動僅有數年時間,相關設計理論及依據尚未成熟,在土石流野溪整治規劃時,除防災之功效外,是否真能落實棲地多樣性及恢復現地生態環境,仍有持續進行研究之空間。本計畫所選定之研究區域,皆是因應重大颱風災害之大型防災工程規劃設計案,在經過數次颱風考驗後,本計畫預期可蒐集到現地第一手之資料,檢討當地應用生態工法之土石流整治工程之成效,除可作為第二期工程之參考外,其資料亦可提升技術人員在辦理有關土石流野溪整體治理規劃設計時應用生態工法之專業技能。<br> Abstract: For the past few years, Bureau of Soil and Water Conservation has been successfully promoting eco-engineering, and the method has become the first choice of torrent control in Taiwan. However, since eco-engineering has only been studied for a short period of time in the country, its principles and applications are not fully developed yet. Besides disaster prevention, there is limited information in whether eco-engineering preserves biodiversity and restores ecosystems. Research sites of this project are selected from sites which have massive constructions to prevent severe typhoon damage. This project will gather preliminary data of the selected sites after several typhoons, and examine the effectiveness of using eco-engineering on debris flow control.
