2008-01-012024-05-17https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/695897摘要:本計畫擬利用先前研究具有生物防治效果之幾丁質分解性拮抗細菌菌株,嘗試微膠囊製劑之開發,希望得到具有優良特性之生物製劑劑型,適合長時間儲存、能維持良好之生物活性,包括代謝物抑菌活性及生物防治活性。將比較不同培養基及囊壁材質配方之微膠囊製劑的生物活性,期能得到對葉部真菌性病害具有防治效果之微膠囊製劑及其最佳化條件,並估算微膠囊製劑之成本效益。此外,擬試驗所得具有生物防治活性之微膠囊製劑之施用資材,期能發揮施用於土壤環境之植物保護效果及改善植栽之病蟲害問題。<br> Abstract: The goal of this project is to develop microcapsule form of biocontrol agent by using the chitinolytic antagonistic bacteria formerly identified. Microcapsulation of biocontrol agent will facilitate long-term storage and maintenance of the biological activities of antagonistic bacteria, including enzyme activity, antifungal activity of metabolites, and the biocontrol activity. The effect of media and coating materials on the biological activities of bacterial microcapsule will be examined to achieve an optimal formulation for the biocontrol of foliar fungal diseases of plants.
