2005-08-012024-05-17https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/687713摘要：本計畫可視為「日治法院檔案整理及其在法律史上意義」之延續。該計畫原本預計在93年度（2004年8月-2005年7月）整理完台北地方法院公證書原本（約953冊）後結束。但在第三年度開始之前的現場會勘過程中，又發現台北地院另收藏有日治時期民事判決原本、刑事判決原本以及法院行政文書等多類原始檔案，總數量估計達3,500冊之譜（不含公證書原本）。這批重要的檔案，當然也屬於「日治法院檔案」的一部份；如果沒有將這批檔案納入整理範圍，「日治法院檔案」的整理即難謂完整。但是以「日治法院檔案整理及其在法律史上意義」93年度計畫之預算及人力，只能完成台北地院檔案的翻拍及整理工作。本計畫即在此前提下，針對「日治法院檔案」中的台北地院檔案部分，進行目錄編排以及解題工作，並就全部日治法院檔案進行品質檢查。 雖然在「日治法院檔案整理及其在法律史上意義」第三年度計畫之工作內容，亦包含日治法院檔案之解題與整體報告；但因為台北地方法院檔案數量劇增，未及處理至此，因此其解題內容將只包含已完成整理之臺中、新竹、嘉義地院檔案。對於「日治法院檔案」的解題工作而言，必須待台北地院檔案亦完成整理、解題後，整個工作才算完成。換言之<br> Abstract: The purpose of this project is to complete unfinished part of the compilation of colonial court archives (1895-1945) that has been doing by me since 2003. The number of public notary registration reserved in Taipei District Court was expected to be 953 when the research proposal was made in 2003; however, after beginning to photocopy them, we found that there were a large number of court decisions, which were unknown before, and the number of archives reached to about 3,500 volume. This number is almost the same as the total number of archives reserved in Hsinchu District Court, Taichung District Court, and Chiayi District Court. Therefore, whole expense of 2004-2005 will merely be used to photocopy these judicial documents. We need another project to complete a catalog for those judicial documents and a report on the contents of them. In addition, the products of photocopying in these four district courts need to be examined again. In sum, it is imperative to do this project for the purpose that we have the whole colonial court archives (1895-1945). The colonial court archives (1895-1945) are very important for studying the judiciary in Taiwan.
