2014-01-012024-05-17https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/682334摘要：本計畫主旨在規劃和建立我國動物傳染病檢驗機構品保查核制度，強化動物傳染病檢驗之品質，期使我國動物傳染病檢驗指定機構之管理更臻完備。本年度研究工作為蒐集和研析國內外實驗室生物安全規範及動物傳染病檢驗機構查核運作相關規範，研擬與持續推動我國動物感染性生物材料之生物安全管理以及動物傳染病指定檢驗機構查核制度。主要包含：(1)研擬我國動物動物病原操作實驗室及動物實驗生物安全規範，提供動物傳染性病原或檢體之保存、操作與動物實驗之遵循依據，以強化動物病原操作實驗室及動物實驗之生物安全。(2)研擬我國動物傳染病檢驗機構品保查核須知，使我國動物傳染病檢驗指定機構之品保查核作業規範更臻完備。<br> Abstract: The overall goal of this research project is to establish an inspection system that regulates the operation of animal pathogen-identifcation facilities and strengthens their quality of operation pertaining to animal pathogen identification. The planned regulatory measures on the QA system of the facilities will greatly enhance the quality and integrity of the laboratory work on animal pathogen identification in Taiwan. The following are specific aims of this year project. Collect and review regulations and rules for the quality and biosafety of veterinary diagnostic laboratories. This project will propose the required regulations for the biosafety measure of infectious materials related to animal pathogens, and guidelines for auditing biosafety laboratories that conduct animal pathogen isolation and identification. These regulations and guidelines will be the basis for the operation, and sample collection and storage when animal pathogen-derived or related biomaterials are handled.
