2002-06-012024-05-15https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/662171摘要:為選殖植物防禦相關基因,瞭解植物之誘導抗病性及應用於植物病害防治上,以PCR-select cDNA substraction, 5 `RACE及3` RACE方法選殖植物在抗病誘導物質處理後,有差異性表現的基因,進行序列分析,由電腦比對分析,瞭解所選殖基因之特性及可能之功能。<br> Abstract: In order to understand the induced disease resistance of plants and develop the application in plant disease control, we propose a cloning strategy to isolate the plant defense-related genes which differentially express upon the treatment of disease resistance inducer. The methods include PCR select cDNA substraction, 5` RACE, and 3` RACE.
