2006-03-012024-05-17https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/685031摘要：摘要 酵素免疫檢驗試劑主要是利用具專一性之抗體與待測物間之免疫化學反應原理所開發之檢驗試劑。主要反應機制為待測物中殘留之藥物與酵素結合體共同競爭固定在試劑微孔中之抗體,利用呈色之深淺來顯示藥物殘留量。本計畫完成AMOZ酵素免疫檢驗試劑(ELISA)研發，可取代傳統檢驗方法，縮短檢驗時間及操作方法，可降低檢驗成本,擴大篩檢量， 以落實藥物殘留監控計畫，提昇國內水產品之品質及形象，並因應WHO開放後，加強進口產品之檢驗,替國人健康把關。 <br> Abstract: Abstract The goal of the research project is to develop AMOZ ELISA kit. We will establish the standard operation procedure for pilot production of the ELISA kit and carry out field trail. The raw materials, including antibody and antigen are developed and produced.
