2007-08-012024-05-17https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/690404摘要:本計畫乃為總計畫「高科技事業創新驅動因素之探討」之子計畫二。由於創 業傾向(Entrepreneurial orientation)係指組織中追求創新、承受風險及積極主動 的特性,本研究擬由公司治理機制在矯正所有權人及經理人在風險承受上之差異出 發,嘗試建立內部治理安排(包括董事會資本及董事會/總經理之關係),與組織創 業傾向之關聯性。此一關係亦擬由權變觀點加以深入,考慮產業中的技術機會及組 織寬裕資源對「內部治理與創業傾向」關係之影響,期藉由內、外部環境豐裕性的 調合作用,檢視內部治理對創業傾向影響的範圍。 為達前述研究目標,本研究將先從公司治理及企業創業相關文獻著手,俾建 立觀念性架構及一組具實証可能之假設。基於高科技產業隱涵之風險,本研究擬以 其為研究對象,並以問卷調查佐以次級資料的方式收集實証所需資料。研究結果將 探討其在學術及實務上之意涵。<br> Abstract: This sub-proposal is part of an integrated (main) proposal, entitled In Search of the Drivers of Innovation in High-tech Industries. The study views innovation as entrepreneurial orientation (EO), and aims to examine the EO implication of internal governance arrangements in the research intensive environment. Furthermore, the study attempts to explore the context-dependent nature of governance through examining the moderating roles of technological opportunity and organizational slack. The 2-year research project, therefore, is expected to strengthen our understanding of corporate governance by demonstrating how the efficacy of governance arrangements is conditioned by external munificence and internal bounty, and suggests the governance conditions that give rise to the desired EO. To address this issue, I plan to draw on the literature of corporate governance and corporate entrepreneurship to develop a conceptual framework and testable hypotheses bridging the two distinct fields of research. A sample of Taiwanese high-tech firms will be then constructed and surveyed.
