2017-03-012024-05-17https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/684653摘要:本計畫旨在開發研製一符合智能機具及人機輔具之鳳梨苗種植機械,藉以解決日益嚴重的農業人力短缺問題。以所蒐集到的畦寬100公分(3.3台尺)、行距50公分(1.7台尺)、株距30公分(1台尺),每畦二列式採三角形排列方式種植,每公頃30,000~40,000株,種苗時放苗及種植都是採用人工方式分開進行等資料,期中完成鳳梨苗種植機構設計圖初稿,其中因畦面之高度及鳳梨苗長度約40~50公分,較蔬菜苗為長,因此種植部整組機構高度較高。同時期末完成壹台雛型機之製造,並配合試驗農戶進行田間初步種植測試工作。<br> Abstract: The purpose of this project is to develop a transplanter of pineapple seedlings in Taiwan which is in accordance with the intelligent machines & tools and also the human-machine assistant devices in order to solve the problem of labor shortage in agriculture. The data of field for pineapple growth are: ridge width=100cm, row spacing=50cm, crop spacing=30cm, row on each ridge=2. The planting method is triangular arrangement. The number of pineapples per hectare is 30,000–40,000. During the transplanting the work of putting and planting of seedlings are done by hand separately. The drawing of transplanter design for pineapple seedlings will be finished by midterm examination. The height of ridge surface and length of pineapple seedling are about40–50cm. This length is longer than that of vegetable seedling. Therefore the height of whole mechanism for transplanter will be greater. A prototype of transplanter for pineapple seedlings will be completed by final examination.
