2015-06-012024-05-18https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/706244摘要:3D列印技術具有客製化、快速及準確的特性, 為醫學領域提供了廣闊的應用。然而目前在國際發展上尚未有商品化的生物列印材料:細胞列印墨水,因此本計畫擬用團隊之新穎3D生物列印材料與細胞球技術結合,發展客製化產品及提供快速且有效的材料服務平台,創立一新的商業模式。本團隊發展之3D列印材料具有多種核心優勢,包括水性系統,且加工不需使用高溫加熱之方式進行3D列印,列印後亦不需藉由化學交聯劑固化成型等優點,此外我們具有特殊的培養技術(細胞培養盤),利用幹細胞在細胞培養盤上成球的能力來分離出較高純度的幹細胞,且成球的細胞具有較佳的分化能力,此一細胞培養盤可作為幹細胞篩選平台,甚至癌症幹細胞可用於新藥物篩選平台。另一方面,欲開發智慧型生物列印墨水結合細胞球直接在體溫環境下列印,解決現有多數列印墨水只能於高溫或低溫環境列印的限制。計畫前期開發設計不同尺寸、形狀等客製化3D列印支架及形成3D細胞球之細胞培養盤產品,計畫後期與3D列印機台、幹細胞再生醫療、新藥開發廠商策略聯盟,提供整合型技術服務並開啟新的商業模式。<br> Abstract: 3D printing has many advantages in fabrication of tissue engineering scaffolds, including fast fabrication, high precision, and customized production. However, there is no commercial product in the field of bioprinting materials so far. Therefore, we purpose to provide a material platform for customized products by combination of newly 3D-bioprinting materials and cell culture substrates for cell aggregation in this project. 3D-bioprinting material in our group has various advantages, such as waterborne system, no heating during processing, and no hazardous chemical crosslinker for curing. On the other hand, we have unique cell culture technique by using cell culture substrate to form cell spheroids. This technique can isolate more multipotency and differentiation capacity of stem cells. The cell culture substrates can be a material platform for cell isolation and even for testing drug delivery systems. In addition, we would provide 3D-bioprinting ink that can be printed with cells by 3D bioprinter under low temperature (~37°C). In this project, we would focus on the design of 3D scaffolds with different sizes and geometry at first stage. Besides, we would provide cell culture substrates to form spheroids or isolate cells for further medical applications. The second stage is to build up a strategical alliance with 3D printing machine manufacturers, stem cell regenerative medical centres, and drug development and industrial pharmacy.
