2002-01-012024-05-17https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/695108摘要:國外核能工業界近年來有結合個別電廠PRA (Probabilistic Risk Assessment)分析結果與其他相關資訊而為風險告知(管理)決策(Risk-Informed Decision Making)之趨勢,美國核能管制局(NRC)並已開放個別電廠可依據Regularity Guide 1.178提出其依風險告知之在役檢測(Risk-Informed In-Service Inspection,簡稱RI-ISI,中文亦稱「營運中檢測」)計畫,如經核准,電廠即可避開部份現行之繁瑣檢測規定,改以兼顧安全與效益之RI-ISI計畫替代。為了協助國內核管單位收集、瞭解更多此方面之資訊,同時進行相關之學術研究,本計畫擬將傳統管路破壞分析與可靠度工程相關分析結合,並以國內實際電廠為研究案例,探討核能管路RI-ISI之可行作法,最後再提出適合於我國將來若實施RI-ISI後之相關建議。<br> Abstract: In recent years, “risk-informed decision making” has been emphasized in many industrial fields including nuclear industry. Its application in the nuclear industry is closely related to the PRA (Probabilistic Risk Assessment) results of individual power plants. Of special interest is the issue of Regularity Guide 1.178 by NRC in the year of 1997.
