2004-08-012024-05-17https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/689150摘要:領域描圖法是估算鳥類群聚組成最為精確的方法,能提供最精細、利用價值最高之資料形式,且相當適合於探討繁殖鳥類與棲地間的細微關聯。計劃於94年二月中旬至七月中旬,針對台大梅峰山地農場約30公頃範圍之鳥類群聚,進行連續20週、80天次之領域描圖。研究目的為(1)建立適合台灣中海拔鳥類群聚之領域描圖法操作方法與準則、(2)分析研究區域之鳥類群聚組成、及(3)探討鳥類棲地選擇。另外計劃於94年持續於塔塔加地區進行鳥類密度估算,據以測試能量限制理論。研究結果預計將能解答(1)錄音回播及調查人員差異是否會影響領域描圖法結果、(2)鳥種之領域面積是否與其體重成正比、(3)類似鳥種之領域是否空間互斥、及(4)鳥類之總生物量、總密度、與種豐富度之間是否呈正相關關係等問題。未來計畫以台大梅峰山地農場為長期試驗地,每年進行鳥類領域描圖,配合鳥類之繫放、追蹤記錄、及全域微棲地調查,持續監測鳥類之群聚組成、微棲地選擇、領域變動、生態同功群、播散、與季間遷移模式。<br> Abstract: Territory mapping provides the most precise method in estimating terrestrial bird densities and the most detailed and valuable information in studying bird community assemblage and habitat selection. We plan to perform a 20-week, 80-day territory mapping on the bird community of National Taiwan University Experimental Farm in MeiFong from mid-February to mid-July, 2005. The objectives are to (1) establish a standard method of territory mapping suitable for Taiwan’s mid-elevation bird communities, (2) examine the bird community assemblage in MeiFong Farm, and (3) study the habitat selection of bird species in MeiFong Farm. In addition, we plan to consecutively estimate bird densities in Tataka area in order to test the energy limitation theory. In this study, following questions will be addressed: (1) will play-back and observers affect the outcomes of territory mapping? (2) does bird territory size correlate with body mass? (3) is there any territory overlap among ecologically-similar species? and (4) do bird total biomass, density, and species richness positively correlate with each other? In the future, we plan to establish a long-term study site and conduct yearly territory mapping in MeiFong Farm, coupling bird banding and microhabitat mapping, in order to study bird community assemblage, microhabitat selection, territory change, guild, dispersal, and migration.以領域描圖法研究鳥類群聚組成及棲地選擇
