2014-01-012024-05-17https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/679682摘要:香橙烯是天然的倍半帖烯的一員。香橙烯的潛在有利效應,包括抗氧化、延緩老化、神經保護的相關研究仍不多。有關香橙烯的研究大多利用生物體外實驗,較少有生物體內實驗的相關研究。本研究室較早的研究顯示,香橙烯為台灣土肉桂葉子精油之化學成分。目前的研究結果顯示,香橙烯能增加模式生物Caenorhabditis elegans的抗氧化能力。本研究的長期目標為利用Caenorhabditis elegans做為活體模式生物,探討香橙烯在適當的濃度暴露下是否會有對生物體產生有利效應並及探討所參與的調控機制。目前提出的4年研究計畫包括3個特定目標:(1) 探討是否香橙烯對C. elegans提供抗氧化作用,如果有,其控制因子及調控機制為何;(2)探討是否香橙烯對C. elegans提供延緩老化作用,如果有,其控制因子及調控機制為何。<br> Abstract: Aromadendrene is a member of a group of naturally occurring sesquiterpenes. Most of the potential beneficial effects, including antioxidant, delayed-aging, and neuroprotective properties of Aromadendrene have not yet been evaluated. In addition, most biological activities of Aromadendrene were examined in cell cultures or with in vitro systems but not with in vivo studies. Our previous studies have identified that Aromadendrene was present in leaf essential oils of Cinnamomum osmophloeum. Our present data showed that Aromadendrene enahced oxidative stress resistance to the nematode Caenorhabditis elegans. The overall long-term objective of this research is to investigate the beneficial properties and the associated regulatory mechanisms of Aromadendrene. We propose a 4-year project and the specific objectives of the research project are: (1) To determine whether or not Aromadendrene exerts antioxidant effect to C. elegans and if so, what factors and mechanisms are involved; (2) To determine whether or not Aromadendrene exerts delayed-aging effect to C. elegans and if so, what factors and mechanisms are involved.香橙烯Caenorhabditis elegans抗氧化延緩老化AromadendreneCaenorhabditis elegansantioxidantdelayed-aging深耕型研究計畫【以Caenorhabditis elegans 模式探討香橙烯的有利效應及其調控機制】
